The personal information we collect about you and the purposes for which it is used

CMT d.o.o. collects your personal information in several ways. We obtain certain personal information directly from you, e.g. when completing our application form, set out in other ways, e.g. from partner agencies.

Data we collect directly from you

Registration for the arrangement

If you decide to apply for one of our arrangements (eg prom trip, graduate, New Year’s Eve, concerts, festivals, skiing, etc.), we will ask you in the application form for the information needed to perform this arrangement.

The set of this information may vary from arrangement to arrangement, and typically includes:

·        Information on the selected arrangement and any additional ordered services;

·        Passenger information (name and surname, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number)

·        Information on the payer of the arrangement (name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number),

·        Payment information.

We also allow you to send us your remarks or special features that you want us to take into account when making the arrangement. This may in certain cases mean that we also collect your medical or other specific types of personal information.

We use the above data to perform a leased arrangement. If external providers (overnight stays, festivals, etc.) also participate in the implementation of the arrangement, it may happen that we provide certain information to them as well. In the case of arrangements in countries outside the European Union, your data may also be transferred to providers in those countries.

In the event that any of the passengers are minors, we will also ask for the consent of their parents or guardians for the trip. In case of doubt about your age, we reserve the right to request access to their identity document and record its number and date of issue.

Subscribe to e-news

If you sign up for our newsletter or perform a pre-registration (early bird registration) for one of our upcoming events (e.g. Springbreak Festival for next year), we will ask for your name and email address. We will use the above information to inform about our offer or to communicate in connection with the desired event. We also collect information about which of the sent e-newsletters you received or read, which links you clicked on, and which parts of our website you then visited. This data helps us measure the effectiveness of our commercial communications.

In connection with visits to our website or mobile application, we collect certain technical data, which is provided to us by your browser or mobile phone.

This may include your IP address, location information, your device identifier (IMEI number, MAC address), information about your browser, information about how you came to our website, the time and duration of the visit, your operating system, which parts of the website the pages you visited, how far in the purchase process you came, and the like.

We collect this information in order to better understand how many people use our website and to be able to further improve it. We also occasionally offer promotions and special discounts for people who have already shown interest in purchasing our arrangements, but have not yet made a final decision.

In some cases, we also collect this information through intermediaries such as Google or Facebook, which you can read more about in the section on cookies.

Phone conversations, emails or live chat on our website

If you decide to contact us through any of the mentioned channels, we will record your telephone number, e-mail address or IP number, and record the content of your message. We collect this data because it is evidence of a completed market transaction.

In the event of a telephone call, you will be duly notified of any recording of the conversation in accordance with applicable law.

We especially point out that social media has its own rules of personal data protection, which you must also follow.

Promotions and surveys

We occasionally organize prize games, promotions or surveys. We ask you for information such as your name, age, e-mail address or telephone number, or for the information we need for the implementation of the prize game, promotion or survey.

Bracelets

At some festivals and other events, you will receive bracelets that will allow you to enter the event or special areas of the event (eg to the VIP area), or pay for individual services. In these cases, we collect information about which tents or areas you visited or what you bought during the event. We collect this data for the purpose of making accesses or purchases, and for the purpose of obtaining analytical data on the course of the event.

Health data

In certain cases, we also collect health information about you. This can happen especially if you inform us about your medical specialties, which should be taken into account when performing our services (eg accessibility for the disabled, specialties regarding nutrition, etc.), or seek medical help at our events.

Information obtained from third parties

Intermediaries in the sale of arrangements

In certain cases, we market our arrangements through agents, web portals or other intermediaries. In these cases, these intermediaries provide us with your personal information that we need to perform our services.

If e.g. buy our arrangement through an intermediary, it will provide us with the same information as we would otherwise have collected from you if you had purchased directly through us (see above). Similarly, if you buy tickets from the organizers of the music festival, and also rent overnight stays in our facilities, the organizer will provide us with the information we need to provide you with these overnight stays (eg name, surname, e-mail address).

Advertising providers

Our company occasionally carries out advertising through established providers such as Google or Facebook. In this case, we may obtain from these providers certain information about your use of the Internet that you have entrusted to them, in order to better segment and personalize your ads, so that we can show you only those ads that would interest you most. This may result in the transfer of your data to third countries from which these providers come.
